The living room and dining area are bright and spacious, with a large window that lets in plenty of natural light. The furnishings are thoughtfully designed, and it is a lovely space to relax or entertain. There is also a flat-screen television integrated into the fireplace. Both bedrooms are lovely and comfortable. The master bedroom is well-sized, fitted with a large double bed and lovely finishing touches. Natural light also fills the room. The second bedroom is just as cosy and fitted with a single bed. The bathroom is modern and well-maintained, fitted with a bath and overhead shower and finished in a simple, contemporary style. The kitchen is neatly integrated into the living space and well-equipped for home cooking, offering ample storage and worktop space alongside modern appliances. It is practical, cleanly finished, and convenient. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire property. Other things to note Please note that we provide small bottles of shampoo, shower gel, soap, moisturiser and loo roll for the beginning of all our guest stays and once the products are finished, we kindly ask our guests to provide their own thereafter. Please note the property will be prepared by our professional cleaners, using hotel-quality linen and towels. Please note that there are one and a half flights of stairs up to the property. If the booking is 14 days or more, we require a mid-stay clean at an additional cost (the price is dependent on property size). Payment will be taken at the time of the booking and the mid-stay clean includes both a clean and linen change. We can also arrange any additional cleans regardless of the length of the booking upon request. Please note that check-in is between 3pm and 8pm. Early and late check-ins as well as late check-outs are available on request for an additional fee. Please note that check-ins after 8pm must require a personal check-in at an additional fee. Where a check in is on a UK bank holiday, there may be an additional surcharge on the cleaning fee as well as an additional cost for a personal check-in.  Please enquire for additional information on this when booking.
